About the Role
You will shape the look of client marketing materials, from presentations to websites.
Strong design helps small teams look like trusted partners. You will create the visuals that make Kaiser and our clients clear, consistent and memorable across languages and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design decks, flyers and web graphics
- Keep brand guidelines consistent
- Work with writers and marketers on campaigns
- Design presentations, brochures, event materials and social graphics
- Adapt layouts for Japanese, Chinese and other languages
- Create and maintain templates and brand guides
- Support photo, video and web projects when needed
- Collaborate with clients, designers and other Kaiser teams to deliver consistent work
- Track results and share clear reports with clients and leadership
Qualifications
- Portfolio of graphic design work
- Skilled in standard design tools
- Eye for detail
- Degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
