A young firm built around cross-border work.
Kaiser International is a young firm based in the USA, with an office in Japan. We help companies enter and grow in new markets.
Why we started Kaiser.
We started Kaiser about a year ago after seeing the same problem repeatedly: companies expanding abroad end up juggling separate agencies, lawyers, recruiters, and interpreters, and nobody owns the whole picture.
So we built one team around four services: market entry, business setup, recruitment (including talent research and immigration), and business operations. We are still small, which means the person you speak to on the first call stays involved in your project.
Three rules we do not bend.
Plain answers
If a market will not pay back the investment, we say so in the first call and give the reasons. We would rather lose the project than bill for a bad one.
Local people
In each market we work with people who live there, speak the language, and can deal with government offices and local partners in person.
Finish the job
We stay until your team runs the office without us. No handover document dropped on a desk at the end of a phase.
Run by people who still work on projects.
Kaiser International is run by its founders, who work directly on client projects between the USA and Japan.
You will talk to the people doing the work from the first call, not a sales team.

A small firm that still does the work itself.
We are a small firm and everyone does client work. The people who talk to you before a project are the people who work on it.
