About the Role
You will manage social channels for clients entering the US and Latin American markets.
Social channels are often where overseas companies first meet their customers. You will create a steady, authentic presence that fits each brand and market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule posts
- Respond to comments and messages
- Measure engagement and adjust plans
- Create monthly content calendars and posts for client channels
- Monitor conversations and respond in a timely, on-brand way
- Coordinate with designers and writers on assets
- Report on reach, engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with clients, designers and other Kaiser teams to deliver consistent work
- Track results and share clear reports with clients and leadership
Qualifications
- Experience managing business social accounts
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Creative and organized
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred
- 2 or more years managing business social media accounts
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $150,000 to $185,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
