Operations Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 per year

Our work covers market entry, business setup, talent and immigration support, and business operations for clients moving between the United States, Japan and the wider Asia-Pacific region. We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role

You will run client projects from kickoff to delivery and keep every workstream on schedule.

Projects at Kaiser often involve several teams, vendors and time zones. You will keep everyone moving toward the same goal and make sure clients always know where things stand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan scope, timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate team members and partners
  • Report progress to clients weekly
  • Define scope, milestones and responsibilities for each project
  • Run kickoff meetings, weekly check-ins and project reviews
  • Track budgets, risks and change requests
  • Create reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Improve project templates and standard processes
  • Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
  • Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in project management
  • Strong communication
  • Comfortable with multiple projects at once
  • Bachelor degree required
  • 3 or more years in project or program management
  • PMP, Agile or similar certification is a plus
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:

  • Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
