About the Role
You will support our leadership team with scheduling, travel and day-to-day coordination.
Our leaders spend much of their time with clients and partners. You will protect their time and make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and travel
- Prepare meeting materials
- Handle confidential information with care
- Manage complex calendars across the United States and Japan
- Arrange travel, accommodations and expense reports
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas and meeting notes
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate across the marketing, setup, recruitment and events teams
- Capture lessons and feedback so we can improve how we serve clients
Qualifications
- Experience as an executive or administrative assistant
- Highly organized
- Discreet and reliable
- Bachelor degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3 or more years as an executive or administrative assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
