About the Role
Senior hires shape a company for years. You will lead confidential searches for executives and specialists for clients entering the United States and Japan.
You will manage the whole search, from understanding the role to guiding the final offer, and build a network of senior contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with client leaders to define the role and success measures
- Map the market and identify target companies and candidates
- Approach and interview senior candidates
- Present shortlists with clear assessments
- Conduct reference checks
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding
- Maintain confidentiality at every stage
- Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
- Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required
- 6 or more years in executive search or senior recruiting
- Strong network and credibility with senior leaders
- Excellent interviewing and writing skills
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $140,000 to $185,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
