About the Role
Clear numbers help us and our clients make better decisions. You will build reports that show how projects, campaigns and teams are performing.
You will work with every team to collect data, define useful measures and turn them into dashboards people actually use.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect data from project, finance and marketing tools
- Build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
- Define metrics and reporting schedules with team leaders
- Check data for accuracy and fix issues
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Train colleagues to read and use reports
- Collaborate across the marketing, setup, recruitment and events teams
- Capture lessons and feedback so we can improve how we serve clients
Qualifications
- Degree in business, statistics, computer science or a related field
- 2 or more years in data analysis or reporting
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Experience with a BI tool
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
