We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role
Our team works across time zones and relies on dependable technology. You will keep laptops, accounts and tools running smoothly.
You will provide friendly, practical support to colleagues in the United States and Japan and help us keep information secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain laptops, phones and accounts
- Manage user access for email, storage and collaboration tools
- Respond to support requests in a timely manner
- Apply security updates and manage backups
- Document procedures and answer common questions
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software
- Collaborate across the marketing, setup, recruitment and events teams
- Capture lessons and feedback so we can improve how we serve clients
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years in IT support or help desk
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of basic security practices
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
