About the Role
As a Principal or Senior Consultant in Risk and Controls (GRC) you will lead high impact transformation projects for our financial services clients. You’ll work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to solve their most pressing GRC challenges drive technology adoption and deliver measurable outcomes across risk domains.
You will also bring strategic leadership to client engagements while mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross functionally to scale our GRC advisory and implementation offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic client engagements focused on Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) including
Risk Governance
Risk Assessments
Controls Testing and Remediation
IT Risk Management
Third Party Risk
Operational Resilience
Cybersecurity Risk
Guide technology strategy and roadmaps for GRC transformation initiatives
Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to implement GRC platforms such as
ServiceNow IRM
RSA Archer
IBM OpenPages
MetricStream
Fusion Risk
Workiva
Facilitate business workshops define requirements and oversee solution delivery
Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and executive facing presentations
Proactively manage engagement risk and ensure quality execution
Foster strong client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
Mentor junior consultants and support talent development across the team
Partner with internal delivery streams and solution architects to co create value propositions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required MBA or advanced degree preferred
10 or more years of professional experience in Financial Services with
5 or more years focused on GRC Operational Risk or Internal Controls
Deep knowledge of risk and control frameworks such as
ISO 27001
NIST CSF
NIST AI RMF
SOC 2
DORA
COBIT
COSO
CIS Benchmarks
Strong facilitation interviewing and presentation skills
Exceptional writing skills with experience creating BRDs and executive reports
Experience with technology implementation and systems integration is highly desirable
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some travel required
