About the Role
Early-career talent keeps growing companies energized. You will build relationships with universities and help clients meet future team members.
You will plan events, screen applicants and make sure students and graduates have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan campus visits, career fairs and information sessions
- Build relationships with career centers and student groups
- Review applications and run first interviews
- Manage internship and graduate programs
- Track pipeline data and diversity goals
- Represent client and Kaiser brands on campus
- Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
- Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team
Qualifications
- Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 1 or more years in recruiting or university relations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for events
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
