About the Role

You will support the paperwork and coordination behind company setup and ongoing administration for our clients in Japan.

You will work with senior consultants and outside advisers to keep every filing and deadline on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize documents for company registration
  • Submit applications and follow up with government offices
  • Maintain calendars of filings, renewals and meetings
  • Keep client files accurate and up to date
  • Translate and summarize simple documents
  • Answer routine client questions
  • Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
  • Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders

Qualifications

  • Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 1 or more years in administration or corporate services
  • Business-level Japanese; working English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Candidates authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional client visits and travel

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time Kaiser International employee in Japan you will receive:

  • Annual base salary of ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,500,000, based on experience and skills
