About the Role
You will help clients design the strategy behind expansion between the United States and Japan, from first idea to launch plan.
You will work in small teams on projects that combine research, analysis and workshops with senior client leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Frame client questions and build project plans
- Analyze markets, customers and competitors
- Facilitate workshops and interviews
- Develop options, roadmaps and success measures
- Build financial models and business cases
- Write executive summaries and present findings
- Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
- Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, economics or a related field
- 3 to 6 years in consulting or strategy
- Experience with Japan or Asia-Pacific markets is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $130,000 to $165,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
