About the Role
You will run online campaigns that help overseas companies reach customers in Japan through search, social media and email.
You will learn quickly from senior marketers while owning day-to-day campaign tasks and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor ads on Google, Yahoo! Japan and social platforms
- Create and schedule social posts in Japanese
- Maintain email lists and send campaigns
- Track results in analytics tools and prepare weekly reports
- Update website pages and landing pages
- Support events and webinars with online promotion
- Collaborate with clients, designers and other Kaiser teams to deliver consistent work
- Track results and share clear reports with clients and leadership
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
- 1 or more years in digital marketing
- Business-level Japanese; working English
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Candidates authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional client visits and travel

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee in Japan you will receive:
- Annual base salary of ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,500,000, based on experience and skills
