About the Role
You will lead Kaiser operations in Japan, from client delivery and finance to hiring and local partnerships.
You will report to senior leadership and be the person who makes sure the Tokyo office is productive, compliant and growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Set annual goals and budgets for the Tokyo office
- Manage consultants, coordinators and support staff
- Oversee client delivery quality and profitability
- Maintain compliance with Japanese labor, tax and corporate rules
- Build relationships with clients, partners and associations
- Coordinate with the Dallas team on cross-border programs
- Hire and develop team members
- Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
- Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred
- 10 or more years in consulting or professional services in Japan
- 5 or more years managing teams
- Business-level Japanese and fluent English
- Candidates authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional client visits and travel

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee in Japan you will receive:
- Annual base salary of ¥11,000,000 – ¥14,000,000, based on experience and skills
