About the Role
You will plan trade show presence and client events that bring overseas companies in front of US buyers.
Trade shows and business events are among the best ways for overseas companies to reach buyers. You will plan the presence, the message and the follow-up so each event pays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan booths, speaking slots and side events
- Manage budgets and vendors
- Measure leads and follow-up results
- Select and negotiate event opportunities for clients
- Design booths, speaking proposals and pre-event outreach
- Coordinate sponsors, staff and vendors
- Track leads and plan follow-up campaigns
- Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
- Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team
Qualifications
- Experience in event or trade show marketing
- Strong project management
- Willing to travel
- Degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
- 4 or more years in event or field marketing
- Experience managing event budgets
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
