About the Role
You will design and deliver memorable events that bring clients, partners and customers together, from small dinners to multi-day conferences.
You will lead a project from concept to wrap-up and work with vendors, speakers and client teams to deliver a polished result.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop event concepts, programs and budgets
- Select venues, speakers and entertainment
- Manage contracts, schedules and production vendors
- Lead onsite teams on event days
- Oversee registration, signage and hospitality
- Measure attendance and satisfaction
- Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
- Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 4 or more years producing corporate events
- Experience managing budgets and vendors
- Ability to travel and work irregular hours
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
