About the Role
Clients opening a new office need to build teams and policies at the same time. You will advise them on people practices that fit local rules and culture.
You will work with managers and leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on job design, compensation and organization structure
- Draft offer letters, handbooks and policies
- Guide managers on performance and conduct issues
- Design onboarding programs for new offices
- Monitor changes in employment rules
- Run training sessions for managers and teams
- Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
- Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team
Qualifications
- Degree in human resources, business or a related field
- 5 or more years in HR generalist or business partner roles
- Knowledge of United States employment law
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $105,000 to $135,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
