Legal Operations Coordinator

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role

Contracts and agreements are part of almost every Kaiser project. You will keep them organized, current and easy to find.

You will work with outside counsel, clients and internal teams to make sure the right documents are in place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a contract repository with key dates and terms
  • Prepare standard agreements and track signatures
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on reviews
  • Monitor renewals, expirations and obligations
  • Support corporate records and filings
  • Improve templates and approval processes
  • Collaborate across the marketing, setup, recruitment and events teams
  • Capture lessons and feedback so we can improve how we serve clients

Qualifications

  • Degree preferred; paralegal certificate a plus
  • 2 or more years in legal operations, paralegal work or contract administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
