We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role
Marketing works best when the tools, data and processes behind it are tidy. You will keep our systems running so campaigns can be measured and improved.
You will partner with marketers, sales and client teams to make sure every lead, campaign and report can be trusted.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the CRM, email platform and analytics tools
- Build dashboards for campaigns, leads and pipeline
- Clean and standardize contact and company data
- Document and improve campaign processes
- Audit tracking, tags and form submissions
- Train teammates on tools and reports
- Collaborate with clients, designers and other Kaiser teams to deliver consistent work
- Track results and share clear reports with clients and leadership
Qualifications
- Degree in business, analytics or a related field
- 2 or more years in marketing operations or analytics
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong spreadsheet and data skills
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
