About the Role
You will oversee the day-to-day running of our Tokyo office and make it a welcoming place for the team and for clients.
You will handle facilities, vendors and administration while supporting the office leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office space, equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with the building manager and service providers
- Support HR administration including onboarding and records
- Organize meetings, visits and team events
- Control office budget and purchasing
- Maintain security and safety procedures
- Collaborate across the marketing, setup, recruitment and events teams
- Capture lessons and feedback so we can improve how we serve clients
Qualifications
- Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3 or more years in office management or general affairs in Japan
- Business-level Japanese and working English
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Candidates authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional client visits and travel

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee in Japan you will receive:
- Annual base salary of ¥5,500,000 – ¥7,500,000, based on experience and skills
