We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role
You will keep internal processes running smoothly so client work moves without delays.
Good operations make good service. You will keep our internal tools, templates and routines tidy so client teams can move quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain templates, checklists and records
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Improve how the team works day to day
- Maintain project templates, checklists and shared drives
- Support onboarding of new team members and clients
- Track vendor contracts, subscriptions and renewals
- Suggest and test simple improvements to everyday processes
- Collaborate across the marketing, setup, recruitment and events teams
- Capture lessons and feedback so we can improve how we serve clients
Qualifications
- Experience in operations or administration
- Strong organization
- Interest in process improvement
- Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2 or more years in operations or administration
- Comfort with workflow and collaboration tools
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
