Our work covers market entry, business setup, talent and immigration support, and business operations for clients moving between the United States, Japan and the wider Asia-Pacific region. We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role
Our clients succeed when they work with the right local partners. You will build and manage relationships with firms, associations and service providers that complement our work.
You will balance the needs of clients and partners and make sure each relationship is clear, fair and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential partners in the United States and Japan
- Negotiate referral and collaboration agreements
- Run regular check-ins with existing partners
- Create partner materials and training
- Track referrals, outcomes and partner performance
- Work with leadership on partnership strategy
- Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
- Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders
Qualifications
- Degree in business or a related field
- 5 or more years in partnerships, business development or alliances
- Experience negotiating agreements
- Strong relationship-building skills
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $150,000 to $195,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
