Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 per year

Our work covers market entry, business setup, talent and immigration support, and business operations for clients moving between the United States, Japan and the wider Asia-Pacific region. We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role

You will help clients find and hire people for their teams in the United States and Japan, from understanding the role to presenting qualified candidates.

Our clients are growing teams in the United States and Japan, often for the first time in a new market. You will help them understand local hiring practices and find people who fit their culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take on hiring briefs and write clear job descriptions
  • Source, screen and interview candidates
  • Keep clients and candidates updated at every step
  • Maintain candidate records and hiring pipelines
  • Run intake calls to understand the role, team and hiring timeline
  • Advertise roles and source candidates through networks, job boards and referrals
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage offers
  • Advise clients on market pay, hiring practices and onboarding
  • Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
  • Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, HR or talent acquisition
  • Good judgment about people and strong communication skills
  • Organized, with attention to follow-up
  • Japanese language skills are a plus
  • Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 2 or more years in agency or in-house recruiting
  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:

  • Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
