About the Role
You will keep our recruiting work running smoothly by scheduling interviews and managing candidate records.
Recruiting runs on good coordination. You will make sure candidates have a smooth experience and recruiters can focus on conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and send updates
- Maintain candidate files
- Support the recruiters on active searches
- Schedule interviews across time zones and send reminders
- Prepare interview kits and feedback forms
- Update the applicant tracking system and candidate records
- Send status updates and rejection notes with care
- Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
- Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team
Qualifications
- Administrative experience
- Friendly and professional
- Detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- 1 or more years in administration or coordination
- Excellent organization and communication
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
The full-time equivalent salary range for this role is $90,000 – $115,000 per year, prorated to the hours you work. As a part-time Kaiser International team member you will receive competitive hourly pay, paid holidays and paid time off prorated to your hours.
