About the Role
You will lead our work in Kansai, build the local team and grow relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Set goals and plans for the Kansai region
- Hire, coach and lead the local team
- Represent Kaiser to clients, partners and local groups
- Work closely with the Tokyo and USA leadership
Qualifications
- 10 or more years in business, including 5 or more leading teams
- Strong ties to the Kansai business community
- Business-level Japanese and working English
- Authorized to work in Japan
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with occasional client visits

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee in Japan you will receive:
- Annual base salary of ¥12,000,000 – ¥18,000,000 per year, based on experience and skills
