We are a small, hands-on team based in Dallas, Texas with an office in Tokyo, Japan, and everyone touches client work from the first month.

About the Role
Brand is how a company is understood before anyone speaks to them. You will help clients entering new markets decide who they are, who they serve and how they should sound.
You will work with founders and marketing leaders, often across languages, so you will need to listen carefully, simplify complex ideas and turn research into a brand story people remember.
Key Responsibilities
- Run brand workshops and customer interviews with client teams
- Define positioning, messaging pillars and tone of voice
- Review competitors and local naming and cultural norms
- Create brand guidelines and launch plans
- Brief designers, writers and agencies
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients, designers and other Kaiser teams to deliver consistent work
- Track results and share clear reports with clients and leadership
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- 6 or more years in brand strategy or marketing
- Experience with international or multilingual brands
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
