About the Role
You will lead engagements that help companies decide where and how to enter the US market.
Companies come to Kaiser when they are making a big decision about entering a new market. You will help them frame the question, gather the facts and choose a path with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Research markets, competitors and regulations
- Present recommendations to client leaders
- Manage a small project team
- Define market size, demand, pricing and competitive landscape
- Evaluate entry models such as distribution, joint ventures and subsidiaries
- Develop business cases, financial models and go-to-market roadmaps
- Present findings to executives and boards
- Mentor consultants and analysts on engagement teams
- Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
- Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in consulting or strategy
- Strong analysis and presentation skills
- Experience with international clients
- Bachelor degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5 or more years in consulting, strategy or business development
- Experience advising companies entering the United States, Japan or Asia-Pacific markets
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $160,000 to $195,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
