About the Role
Companies expanding abroad often discover that moving goods is as hard as selling them. You will help clients understand shipping, warehousing and distribution in a new market.
You will work with logistics providers, customs brokers and client operations teams to design simple, reliable supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current logistics flows and identify gaps and risks
- Compare freight forwarders, warehouses and distributors
- Model landed cost, lead times and inventory needs
- Advise on import and export documentation
- Develop implementation plans and track progress
- Prepare reports and recommendations for client leaders
- Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
- Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders
Qualifications
- Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field
- 4 or more years in logistics, supply chain or operations
- Knowledge of import and export procedures
- Strong analysis and Excel skills
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
