About the Role
You will find and screen candidates for client teams across the United States.
Hiring well is one of the biggest challenges for companies growing in a new country. You will help them find strong people quickly and treat every candidate with respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Run first-round interviews
- Keep hiring pipelines up to date
- Partner with clients to define role requirements and hiring plans
- Source candidates through networks, social platforms and events
- Screen and interview candidates against agreed criteria
- Coordinate interviews, references and offers
- Keep clients, candidates and guests informed at every step
- Maintain accurate records and share regular progress updates with the team
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruiting
- Good judgment about people
- Organized with follow-up
- Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2 or more years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $120,000 to $145,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
