About the Role
Exporting for the first time can feel overwhelming. You will guide clients through the steps, rules and partners that make shipping across borders manageable.
You will build practical plans for clients and keep them informed on regulations and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess export readiness and product classification
- Explain tariffs, incentives and trade agreements
- Introduce clients to brokers, carriers and buyers
- Prepare checklists and training for client teams
- Track shipments and paperwork during first orders
- Share updates when rules or conditions change
- Collaborate with clients and Kaiser delivery teams on projects across our five services
- Write clear reports, checklists and presentations for client leaders
Qualifications
- Degree in international business, trade or a related field
- 3 or more years in exporting, customs or trade advisory
- Knowledge of Incoterms and trade documentation
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel or onsite work

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee you will receive:
- Base salary range of $130,000 to $170,000 per year, with annual bonus eligibility
