About the Role
Video is one of the most effective ways to introduce an unfamiliar company. You will plan, shoot and edit short videos that help clients tell their story in any language.
You will work on a project basis with our marketing team and clients, so you should be comfortable managing the whole process from idea to final export.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards with the marketing team
- Film interviews, events and product footage
- Edit videos with graphics, subtitles and music
- Prepare versions for social platforms and websites
- Manage equipment, locations and release forms
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Collaborate with clients, designers and other Kaiser teams to deliver consistent work
- Track results and share clear reports with clients and leadership
Qualifications
- Portfolio of commercial or corporate video work
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with professional cameras, audio and lighting
- Experience creating subtitles in multiple languages is a plus
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work remotely and travel to client sites when needed

Compensation and Benefits
This is a project-based freelance engagement with a rate equivalent to $140,000 – $190,000 per year. Rates are agreed per project based on scope and experience, and payment terms are shared during the hiring process.
