About the Role
You will lead our Japan client success team and make sure every client has a clear plan and a named contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of account and onboarding staff
- Set service standards and review them with clients
- Work with the USA team on cross-border projects
- Report results and priorities to the leadership team
Qualifications
- 8 or more years in client service, including 3 or more leading a team
- Experience working across Japan and overseas offices
- Business-level Japanese and working English
- Authorized to work in Japan
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with occasional client visits

Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Kaiser International employee in Japan you will receive:
- Annual base salary of ¥10,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 per year, based on experience and skills
